Job summary

American Red Cross is offering a paid phlebotomy training program and a role at fixed-site locations in Delaware, OH. You will support the blood collection process, assist donors, and work with a team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and safe, accurate collections.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, and prefer candidates with phlebotomy or healthcare exposure. The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts with weekend work, at multiple donor centers in the Delaware area.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting required.
• Current, valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Physical requirements include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
