Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license; must meet LifeSouth driver's eligibility.
• Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn LifeSouth software.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors, collect blood, and support donor center operations.
• Provide excellent donor service and verify donor identity.
• Perform phlebotomies and handle blood units safely.
• Recruit donors and schedule return appointments.
• Assist with blooddrive setup and bloodmobile operations.
