Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet LifeSouth requirements.
• Proficient with computer software and systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret procedural manuals.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CDL preferred; additional compensation possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomies and collect blood from donors per SOP.
• Register donors in the LifeSouth IBBIS system.
• Determine donor eligibility during interview and physical process.
• Properly identify donors throughout the donation process.
• Assist in donor recruitment, tele-recruitment and rescheduling.
• Convert donors to automated technology when appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
