Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for KedPLASMA’s Chicago center to support the plasma donation process. You will guide donors, perform venipuncture, monitor safety, and help ensure a comfortable experience that translates donors’ generosity into life‑saving therapies.

The role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification is preferred, and 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. You will work with a team to maintain SOPs and donor care with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Greet donors and perform introductions to establish trust.
• Perform venipuncture procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor donor well-being and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and readiness for daily operations.
