The role emphasizes patient care, meticulous procedural adherence, and teamwork within a regulated plasma collection operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California).
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the donation process.
• Perform venipuncture following SOPs and monitor donor well-being.
• Calibrate and maintain donation equipment and respond to alarms.
• Record donor information accurately in the donor information system.
• Respond professionally to donor questions, deferrals, or concerns.
• Support donor flow and assist with center readiness for audits.
