Job summary

Labcorp in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, enter data accurately, and support billing processes while delivering exceptional service to patients.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited provider, and the ability to travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training required in lieu of experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel to additional sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
