Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist for 1st shift in Kenton, OH. This on-site contract position runs 3 months with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and rotational weekend hours.

The ideal candidate will perform blood collection and specimen handling with accuracy, maintain records, and interact professionally with patients while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
