Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• Ohio requires state credentials/licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain records and documentation of procedures.
• Provide a safe, professional environment for patients.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients and maintain trust.
• Lead with professionalism and confidentiality in daily tasks.
