Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the employing state.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging, data maintenance, and documentation.
• Package and transport specimens while ensuring proper temperature control and labeling.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and participate in annual trainings.
• Answer inquiries by reading lab results and communicating with staff.
