Your Talent Team in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role involves blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifugation, and maintaining accurate records. You will ensure proper transport and storage of specimens, comply with OSHA, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Formación

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Decontaminate, update patient information, and ensure proper specimen transport.
• Match requisitions, ensure correct labeling, and document processes.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and participate in annual trainings.
