• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states.

Mansioni

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens.
• Label specimens and ensure accuracy of patient information.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain accurate maintenance data.
• Decontaminate work areas and follow safety protocols (OSHA/DEP).
• Package specimens for transport and store samples per procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Attend annual department trainings and adhere to orders.
