Talent Solutions Partners in Oceanside, CA is seeking a contract phlebotomist to support busy lab operations. You will perform blood draws, label and centrifuge specimens, and record maintenance data while ensuring accurate test ordering and specimen handling.

The schedule is 6 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation; duration is about 3 months with potential for permanent placement. Mileage expenses are paid and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain data records.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations; attend trainings.
