Responsibilities include billing data entry, preparing specimens for analysis, and traveling to additional sites as needed while maintaining compliant records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• Able to pass a color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide superior customer service to patients
• Travel to additional sites as needed
• Other duties as assigned
