Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift, Monday - Friday with start times ranging from 8:00AM - 9:00AM. You may be eligible for up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Location: UW Health Junction Road Medical Center, Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages.
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling.
• Complete specimen receiving and processing.
• Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the LIS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation (Preferred)
