STGi is seeking a Phlebotomist to provide phlebotomy services and clerical support at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Sandpoint, Idaho. The role includes venipuncture, specimen collection, patient processing, and front desk duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements include 2+ years of phlebotomy experience and current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP) or (AMT); CPR/BLS is preferred. Strong communication, detail orientation, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Current certification as Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP) or (AMT) preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Diplomatic communication and ability to handle difficult situations.
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture, finger-stick, and heel-stick procedures accurately.
• Verify patient identity and collect samples for processing.
• Assemble equipment and prepare supplies per test requirements.
• Document samples and maintain front desk clerical duties.
• Provide patient guidance and post phlebotomy care information.
• Support other clinic tasks as needed.
