Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Phlebotomist-Card Tech at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. The per diem role offers flexible shifts across 6:00am–7:00am schedules and responsibilities include data entry and specimen handling in the laboratory.

You will perform venipuncture, assist with routine EKG procedures, and maintain accurate records, with CPR certification preferred. Employment benefits and growth opportunities are available within a supportive lab team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional phlebotomy training required.
• Successful completion of a college-based/accredited phlebotomy program within the past year or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of EKG procedures is preferred; CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of specimens and patient information in LIS and logs.
• Enter test charges, scheduled tests and results into the laboratory system as needed.
