Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support for our Senior Health population in Aurora, CO. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, on-brand experience while coordinating with providers and the lab team.

You will execute patient-centered care using C-I-CARE, manage specimen handling, and support front-douse duties and clerical tasks. This full-time role includes benefits and office-based hours.

Qualifications

• Credentials required: Medical Assistant certification or CPT.
• Graduation from an MA program or military MA training is acceptable.
• 6+ months MA/Phlebotomist experience preferred; active certifications within 6 months are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to seniors (65+) in office.
• Deliver exceptional front-desk and clinical interaction using C-I-CARE framework.
• Handle non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs as needed.
• Label, store and process specimens; manage inventory and sterilization.
• Respond to patient messages, assist with lab case follow-up and clerical tasks for providers and virtual team.
• Perform front-douse duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Participate in team huddles, problem solving and daily office upkeep.
• Master Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral and EMR systems.
