Job summary

One Medical in Aurora, CO seeks a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support for Senior Health patients. You are the first contact, ensuring a warm, efficient in‑office experience while handling front desk duties and basic lab tasks.

Must have MA credentials (or CPT) with relevant experience, strong communication, and tech proficiency. This full‑time, 40‑hour role offers full benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must hold one or more of the following credentials: Medical Assistant certification, CPT, or equivalent MA program accreditation.
• At least 6 months of relevant MA or Phlebotomy experience outside of training/externship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver venipuncture services across a patient age range as required by the office.
• Handle front desk tasks: check‑in/check‑out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Support lab duties: specimen labeling, handling, and basic processing.
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical tasks.
• Maintain lobby look and feel, restock supplies, and support office upkeep.
• Use EMR and collaboration tools to communicate with the care team.
