Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist III – Floater for our clientfs facility in Wilmington, NC. This contract role offers first-shift hours and occasional Saturdays with possible extension.

The role requires a High School diploma and 3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections, with willingness to travel to multiple Patient Service Centers as needed. Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist III – Floater to support our client’s medical facility based in Wilmington, NC. This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Schedule: 1st shift Mon -Fri 8:00-5:00 with rotational Saturdays

Pay Range/Salary Range: $21 - $23

Contract Duration: 5+ months

Job Description

• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office
• Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
• Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.

Work Experience

• THREE years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
