Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; must complete phlebotomy program within 6 months of hire.
• Phlebotomy program completion required within 6 months of hire.
• Less than 2 years of experience.
• ASCP PBT - Phlebotomist certification.
• CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
