Schedule

Monday – Friday 7:45am – 4:15pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 2.5 years or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred).
• A phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (alternative to experience).
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

Pay Range

$17.75–$24.00 per hour. All job offers are based on the candidate’s skills, relevant experience, and applicable certifications.
