Job summary

  • One year of phlebotomy experience in an acute care hospital is preferred.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and patients.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

  • Ability to abide by CMC and department policies and procedures.
  • Reliable attendance to support the required quality and quantity of work.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age served in the unit.
  • Knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
