Job summary

Vitalant in Cheyenne, WY is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support blood drives within a 200-mile range. You will greet donors, perform blood draws after paid training, and maintain accurate donor records.

Schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekends and holidays, plus 5–12 overnight stays per month with expenses paid. Starting base pay is $17.09–$18.27 per hour plus a 5% mobile premium; 10-week paid training includes 8 weeks in Cheyenne.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver\'s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds required.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends & holidays. Including 5 to 12 overnight stays per month (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company). On call once a week Start Date: 9/14/2026 Base pay: $17.09 - $18.27 / Hour Other compensation: 5% mobile premium

Training Information

10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Cheyenne, WY. Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm; for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
