Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Phlebotomist to serve client employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Clermont, FL. The role emphasizes hands-on phlebotomy, lab work, and daily patient care in a patient-focused clinic that values work-life balance.

You'll work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends, and join a close-knit team providing quality care, routine screenings, and on-site testing in a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from an approved program.
• Certificate or diploma with hands-on externship completed and passed.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures, rooming, and basic patient assessments.

Responsabilités

• Phlebotomy procedures, specimen collection, and handling per policy.
• Rooming and preparing patients for tests and exams.
• Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate health records.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

As a Full Time Phlebotomist, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Clermont, FL.The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00AM - 4:00PM.

• Join a close-knit, patient-focused clinic team serving county employees, law enforcement, and their families.
• Put your clinical skills to work every day through rooming, labs, point-of-care testing, drug screens, pre-employment exams, and daily phlebotomy while building strong patient relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Works independently and in accordance with safety and organizational policies and procedures
• Assists with supply inventory
• May instruct phlebotomy procedure for new employees
• Understands and abides by all of industry standards and Premise Health infection control guidelines and safety procedures;
• Knowledge of use of SDS material and emergency equipment in facility
• Proficient in phlebotomy skills, specimen collection, processing and assessing vital signs for patients
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR Certificate/Diploma and Transcripts from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands on externship completed and passed- total online courses are not acceptable
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
