Job summary

Vitalant in Brisbane, CA, seeks a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to deliver safe, comfortable donor experiences on mobile drives and at local donation centers. You will supervise Donor Care Technicians and coach staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete and pass CDL license program.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site.
• Coordinate the setup and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process.
• Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians.
