Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 18 philosophy credits.
• Prior teaching experience in corporate or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lesson plans and instructs students in classroom and/or virtual (TEAMS) setting.
• Thoroughly prepares and teaches all course lessons, considering diverse learners and current trends/regulations.
• Provides support and guidance to students to optimize learning outcomes.
• Maintains syllabi, grades, attendance, and end-of-semester reflections.
• Fosters a professional, supportive classroom environment for critical thinking.
• Provides hands-on application of material to reinforce learning transfer.
• Performs other duties as required by the Dean.
