Job summary

The Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking a Philly Families CAN Engagement Coordinator to engage and support families in Philadelphia through the Philly Families CAN program.

Reporting to the Philly Families CAN Manager, the role focuses on building strong relationships with providers, coordinating outreach events, and ensuring effective program communication and materials dissemination.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in community engagement.
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with public speaking and presenting to diverse groups.
• Experience with Philadelphia healthcare, education, or social services sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage and maintain relationships with a network of community referring providers.
• Develop outreach schedules for Philly Families CAN events and trainings.
• Coordinate messaging with Communications Manager for awareness campaigns.
• Assist with program materials dissemination and intake coordination.
• Attend team check-ins and steering committee meetings to share updates.
• Perform administrative tasks including voicemail responses and tracking progress.
