Job summary

Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking an Engagement Coordinator for the Philly Families CAN program to build strong relationships with a network of over 500 referring providers across schools, hospitals, and community organizations in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include developing outreach schedules, hosting trainings, and coordinating with PDPH and MCFH teams to improve referral pathways.

A BA and at least 2 years in community engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor of Arts.
• Experience in community engagement and partnership building.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Public speaking with diverse stakeholders.
• Multi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Referring provider engagement and relationship-building.
• Create and lead presentations and webinars for Philly Families CAN.
• Coordinate outreach events and trainings for providers.
• Develop and document referral processes and training.
• Manage onboarding and approvals for new partner programs.
• Administrative tasks: respond to inquiries and attend team check-ins.
