Israeli American Council (IAC) is seeking a Philadelphia-based Community Engagement Manager to lead local outreach and events on a 10-hour-per-week schedule. The role focuses on building relationships within the Israeli American and Jewish community, expanding IAC's presence, and coordinating programs with support from the VP of Communities.

The successful candidate will engage volunteers, manage communications, and identify opportunities to grow participation across IAC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Experience in nonprofit community engagement is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with volunteers.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary organizational representative for the local Israeli American and Jewish community.
• Lead planning and execution of local community programs and events.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and participant communications.
• Develop local outreach and recruitment efforts aligned with branding.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and volunteers.
• Monitor participation metrics and report to VP Communities.
