• Strong connection to the local Israeli-American and Jewish community.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities from planning through completion.
• Experience coordinating events and programs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaption in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Hebrew fluent, English fluent.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends availability.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and execution of community programs, events, and fellowships.
• Manage event logistics: registrations, communications, venue coordination, materials, vendors, staffing, on-site operations.
• Execute programs with high-quality participant experience and consistent delivery.
• Support participant recruitment, engagement, retention, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate post-event evaluations, communications, and reporting.
• Cultivate welcoming and meaningful participant experiences.
