Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager for Philadelphia to launch and promote its approved product in targeted specialty physician offices. The TM will drive demand, build long-term physician relationships, and execute territory business plans with a focus on access and compliant messaging.

The role requires presenting clinical data, staying current with disease states and market dynamics, and traveling across the territory five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited 4-year college.
• 3+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography (some overnight travel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals through in-person interactions to deliver product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and create territory business plans to drive sales impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics, and competition to position products effectively.
• Travel within geography five days per week and represent the company professionally and ethically.
