Job summary

Pelthos Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Philadelphia, PA region to lead the launch and drive demand for its product in targeted specialty physician offices.

You will engage physicians, office staff, and stakeholders with compliant, product-focused messaging. The role requires 3+ years biotech/pharma sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Dermatology, Pediatrics or startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and travel ability within geography.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals with in-person and group interactions to deliver compliant product information.
• Execute marketing strategies and territory business planning to drive sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff and stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of disease states, guidelines, market dynamics and competitors.
• Develop and refine a territory business plan to identify opportunities and access challenges.
• Deliver presentations and speaker programs aligned with corporate messaging.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized experiences to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and field-based teams.
• Represent the company with professionalism and ethics; travel five days per week.
