The Institutional Research, Analytics, and Decision Support (IRADS) team is seeking a Business Analytics Developer position. This position will work with customers to gather requirements, create and maintain data structures in our enterprise data warehouse, and build dashboards and reports (primarily using Tableau software). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of database programming (SQL experience is preferred), performance optimization, data integration, reporting, and tools such as SAP HANA, SSIS, and Tableau. Specific requirements include the ability to follow programming standards and best practices to create views, tables, and procedures. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow her/his knowledge and skills. The IRADS team works in a fast-paced data delivery environment and has multiple simultaneous projects, so excellent prioritization and time management skills are essential.
