• Provide administrative support to the Central Services and Development team.
• Draft standard correspondence and communications as needed.
• Maintain data used to develop reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the philanthropy team, including meeting notes and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate donor and sponsor communications for events and campaigns.
• Prepare meeting materials and organize event logistics.
• Track donor reports, gift summaries, and event impact reports.
• Support Leadership Society activities and board communications.
• Collaborate across teams to support fundraising goals.
