LifeBridge Health is seeking an Executive Assistant in Owings Mills, MD to support the Director of Primary Care Services for the Medical Group. The role requires handling confidential information, managing calendars, travel, and communications in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Under moderate supervision, you will contribute to data reporting, prepare materials for meetings, and coordinate faculty and residency-related timelines. The position is full-time with hybrid remote work options.

About the Role: Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of complex and highly confidential administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the Director of Primary Care Services for the Medical Group. Uses independent judgement, with emphasis on confidentiality, administrative detail, priority and responsibility. Requires knowledge of standard office procedures and familiarity with departmental, Hospital and LifeBridge policies, a high degree of skill and competence, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Performs various special project assignments Position is hybrid remote.
