ReSurge International in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Philanthropy Operations Specialist to optimize donor data, generate dashboards, and support multi-channel fundraising programs. This role reports to the Vice President of Philanthropy and drives data-driven strategies across the Development team.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising operations, expert knowledge of Raiser’s Edge NXT, and a donor-centric, highly organized approach to stewardship, events, and prospect

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in development operations, donor relations, fundraising, or direct marketing in a nonprofit setting.
Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge NXT or a comparable CRM platform is required; experience as a database administrator or power user is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build reports, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable fundraising strategies.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a donor-centric interpersonal style.

Responsibilities

CRM Management: administer donor database, ensure data accuracy, manage gift processing and coding.
Data analytics: design and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs like donor retention and campaign performance.
Donor communications: support multi-channel campaigns, manage acknowledgments and donor communications.
