Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a philanthropy specialist to support fundraising operations, analytics, and donor communications. You will serve as SME for the philanthropy function, deliver reports and trend data, and support project planning.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in a similar setting, and experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor databases. Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM preferred.
• Three years of experience processing gifts in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Higher levels require five to seven years in a nonprofit setting.
