Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Metro ATL is seeking a Senior Director of Philanthropy Operations to partner with the Chief Growth Officer and optimize fundraising systems, data, moves management, and the donor experience.

This role will lead Salesforce configuration, SOPs, and dashboards, ensuring timely gift receipts and compliant reporting. The hybrid schedule supports collaboration across the Resource Development team in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in nonprofit development operations or fundraising systems.
• Knowledge of the principles of fundraising and/or prior experience with fundraising required.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce donor database analytic tools, queries, reports and other advanced database analysis functions.
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with donors, funders, and co-workers in person, in writing, and on the phone.
• Ability to organize information and data and perform detail-oriented work with accuracy/timeliness/completeness.
• Hands-on experience working collaboratively with the Finance Department recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing philanthropy ops team.
• Define and implement Salesforce SOPs and data governance.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Oversee gift entry, receipts, and acknowledgments within 5 business days.
• Coordinate with departments to maximize donor stewardship.
• Train staff on new systems and scorecards.
