Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks an Associate Director of Philanthropy Operations to lead systems, processes, and analytics that strengthen donor engagement and fundraising results. You will partner with philanthropy leadership, finance, and frontline fundraisers to ensure data integrity, portfolio management, and revenue tracking across the Pennsylvania/Delaware region.

You’ll design operational plans, implement performance metrics, supervise staff, and drive change across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading multiple projects and philanthropy operations.
• Strong data analysis and budgeting collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising data integrity, donor strategy, and portfolio reviews.
• Develop and implement operational plans and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and manage budgets.
