Job summary

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an Analyst, Operations Specialist SP&F to support a portfolio of client relationships, handling grantmaking, contracts, expenses, and related operations. You will become an expert on RPA’s internal systems, train staff, and suggest process improvements based on your experience.

The role offers autonomy to determine the best approach to achieve objectives, with emphasis on independent work and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in operations, office, support, and client service. (5-7 years)
• Experience with project management and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, including grantmaking or nonprofit operations.
• Experience with CRM and comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the grantmaking review processes and track awards.
• Guide and support the resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using standard office software and summarize data for reports.
• Coordinate tracking of project expenses and training on systems and processes.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely inquiries are answered.
