Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience with fundraising software (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active donor portfolio across the Indianapolis Metro region.
• Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to deepen donor engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify funding opportunities and align with organizational priorities.
