Job summary

IU Health Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Services Officer-Intermediate, Cultivation and Engagement Events to independently manage a broad philanthropy services portfolio. You will plan and execute a high-volume calendar of Foundation events, from initial concept to on-site delivery, while ensuring donor engagement and mission alignment.

The role requires 3–5 years of fundraising experience, proficiency with Raiser's Edge/Salesforce, and strong MS Office skills, with hybrid work in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant fundraising or donor-relations experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising software and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a matrix organization and complex work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume Foundation events from concept through on-site delivery and wrap-up.
• Support donor engagement, stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Maintain donor records, run reporting and data processes to inform strategy.
• Assist with gift processing, prospect research, and related communications.
