The Internet Archive seeks a Development Coordinator to support the Finance and Philanthropy teams. You will manage donor records, process contributions, acknowledge gifts, and help prepare communications and visuals for philanthropy initiatives.

This role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and the ability to work remotely. You will liaise across departments, leverage CRM and finance software, and contribute to campaigns and events while maintaining donor confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately two years of nonprofit fundraising or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential donor and financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Upload and accurately record checks and other contributions into the fundraising CRM.
• Ensure donor information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and send prompt acknowledgments to donors.
• Maintain up-to-date donor records.
• Use AI or systems to monitor gifts and missing information.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives and events.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and Philanthropy teams regarding donations and records.
• Reconcile information between QuickBooks and the CRM.
• Collaborate on improving data-management processes.
• Develop visual materials to support philanthropy communications.
