Sound Philanthropy is seeking a full-time Client Associate to join our growing team on Bainbridge Island. You will spend ~80% of time managing a portfolio of philanthropic clients in partnership with our leadership, while providing project management support, research, and written materials.

The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, the ability to complete complex tasks with accuracy, and an autonomous, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete complex tasks and projects with accuracy and composure.
• Experience with general project management support and client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients in partnership with leadership.
• Provide general project management support and broad issue area research.
• Create written materials for clients.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support client engagements.
• Attend client meetings as required, including in the greater Seattle area.
