Job summary

TCC Group in New York City is seeking an Associate Consultant to support our Philanthropy team on foundation projects. You will work closely with supervisors, manage project scopes and budgets, and help coordinate client engagement while collaborating with diverse staff and clients in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes data collection and analysis, facilitation of meetings, and development of client-ready materials; prior philanthropy or consulting experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in philanthropy and/or consulting preferred.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and progressive social change.

Responsibilities

• Develop project work scopes and budgets and monitor progress.
• Manage client relationships and regular communications with client liaison.
• Assist in data collection: interviews, focus groups, and surveys; summarize findings.
• Plan and facilitate meetings with foundation boards, staff, and stakeholders.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and reports; contribute to field-facing publications.
