Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain grant records meeting legal, audit, and internal requirements.
• Monitor payments, reports, and projects for timely processing.
• Facilitate grants payments and document completed payments.
• Create and manage custom files and reports.
• Document meeting minutes and prepare follow-up communications.
• Support events, convenings, and gatherings for staff and clients.
• Perform research to support grantmaking and handle special projects.
