Job summary

Phīla Engaged Giving is seeking a part-time Client Associate to join our mission-driven team. You will work closely with Advisors to support 2–3 philanthropic clients, conducting research, preparing materials, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years in philanthropy or non-profit settings. The position is 20 hours per week, with an annual salary range of $55k–$85k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years direct experience in philanthropy, non-profit, or foundation management in a client facing role.
• Ideal candidate leads with empathy, produces high-quality work, anticipates needs, and shows curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support two to three philanthropic clients in partnership with Advisors.
• Conduct research across social impact areas to inform client work.
• Prepare thoughtful materials for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure every client experience is seamless and well cared for.
