ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital seeks a Philanthropic Advisor to cultivate and steward a portfolio of planned giving donors across an Eastern Florida region. The role focuses on relationship-building, bequests, and major gifts, with travel to donor sites and events as required.

The position requires 5+ years in fundraising, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork. Remote work options are available for regional candidates, with occasional in-person engagements and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fundraising, planned giving, or major gifts.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50–70% of the time; evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor strategies and manage a portfolio of planned giving donors.
• Cultivate donors through in-person visits, events, and outreach.
• Partner with internal teams to secure gifts and recognize donors.
• Represent ALSAC at events and early-stage donor engagements.
