Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking an Operations Manager for the Brandywine Virtual Academy Division. You will supervise a team supporting day‑to‑day operational systems, SIS/LMS tasks, and partnerships to ensure high‑quality experiences for students and districts.
You will lead initiatives in enrollment, data management, and program improvements while coordinating with district partners and PVA leadership.
At the present time, an opening exists for an Operations Manager within the Brandywine Virtual Academy Division at the Chester County Intermediate Unit. As Operations Manager, you will support and help execute the day-to-day operational systems and support services that power student success within our partnership with Philadelphia Virtual Academy. Reporting to the Supervisor of Operations, this role combines hands‑on coordination of technology platforms, student support services, and district partnership tasks to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for all stakeholders. You will supervise a team of support staff, and working closely with the Supervisor of Operations, you will help coordinate SIS/LMS platform tasks, support district partner relationships, and carry out continuous improvement activities. This role is well suited to a detail‑oriented, collaborative leader who enjoys turning strategy into action someone who can manage people and processes, respond quickly to operational needs, and help ensure that plans set at the supervisory level are executed reliably and well.
This is NOT a remote role. This role is on‑site in Philadelphia four days per week, and on‑site at our Downingtown location one day a week.
This work in on‑site in the PVA Philadelphia locations 4 days a week, and on‑site at the CCIU in Downingtown 1 day a week. This is not a remote position.
