KenCrest seeks a Program Manager to lead 2-3 residential homes in Philadelphia, overseeing staff, budgets, inspections, and regulatory compliance. This full-time role requires a strong leader who can mentor teams, coordinate care for individuals with IDD, and ensure safe, dignified living environments.

You’ll manage schedules, hiring, vehicle maintenance, and travel between sites, with on-call rotation and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong leadership skills; experience in managing staff and training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Kronos experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with positive supervision and leadership techniques is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure homes follow state, county, and federal regulations.
• Manage and support staff with training, guidance, and feedback.
• Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage home budgets and ensure spending aligns with goals.
• Conduct regular home and vehicle inspections.
• Approve schedules, timesheets in Kronos, and monthly reports.
• Build strong relationships with families, support coordinators, and day programs.
• Join on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Keep homes stocked with food and supplies; ensure staff have needed resources.
• Travel to homes regularly for leadership, inspections, and staff support.
